Refund Policy

At Sonipat Home Service, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Our refund policy outlines the guidelines for online payment refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Booking cancelled at least 1 hour prior to scheduled slot time.
• Unavailability of technician or failure to deliver service from our end.
• Duplicate payment processed due to technical or network gateway error.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Technician arrives at doorstep but service is refused by customer without prior cancellation notice.
• Service completed satisfactorily and approved by customer on job completion.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source payment method (bank account / UPI / debit card via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.
