Sonipat Home Service allows hassle-free cancellation and slot rescheduling for all home service bookings.

1. Free Cancellation Window

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled service slot time via customer dashboard or support helpline 88160-14071.

2. Late Cancellation Fee

If a booking is cancelled when the technician has already reached your address location, a nominal visiting fee of ₹99 may be retained to compensate technician conveyance.

3. Rescheduling Booking

You can reschedule your booking date and time slot free of cost anytime before technician dispatch.
