By accessing or using the property rental portal of Sonipat Home Service (https://sonipathomeservice.com/property/), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. User Roles & Listing Verification

- **Property Owners & Agents:** You are responsible for ensuring that all property listing information (rent, location, photos, amenities) submitted is genuine and accurate.
- **Admin Verification:** All submitted properties and agent registrations undergo manual verification by Sonipat Home Service Admin before going live. Admin reserves the right to approve, reject, or request modifications on any listing.

3. Subscription Packages & Validity

Property listing credits and plan validities (Monthly, 6-Months, Yearly, Pay-Per-Listing) are enforced strictly per account as defined in the plan terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not post fraudulent listings, duplicate entries, offensive content, or misleading pricing. Accounts violating terms are subject to immediate blocking without refund.
