Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the received item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Personal care products, perishable home care items, or products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product detail page are excluded from returns unless damaged upon arrival.
Once a returned item is inspected and verified by our vendor seller or store support, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to the original payment method (Razorpay) or via UPI for COD orders.
